Composite Doors

At Greenway we don’t believe in compromising on quality. We’ve brought together materials to give you the very best in strength, easy maintenance, security, weather resistance and great looks as well.

Greenway's composite door is thick – but it’s also very smart. In fact it’s 44mm thick (compare that to conventional pvc panel doors at 28mm). And powerful too, thanks to its super-strong structure. A structural frame and up-to-the-minute hardware makes Greenway's composite door even more secure. Its GRP finish means you’ll be secure in all weathers.

Greenway's composite doors come in six external colours; red, green, blue, white, light oak and now also Black. The internal colour is white.

The solid colours - red, green, blue, white and black - are pre-pigmented which means the colour is added during the manufacturing process. As the skins are applied, the colour goes on evenly.

The light oak finish is a hand-applied stained finish to give depth the woodgrain and all the doors have a high gloss, UV resistant film to give them a final sheen.

Every Greenway replacement door is fitted with the Secure by Design Fullex SL16 Crimebeater lock has top credentials as standard. The multi point locking mechanism has been tested to PAS23 and PAS24. It is also approved under the Secure By Design scheme.This lock can also accommodate Lever / Pad handle mechanisms when required.

The cylinder has five pins and has four anti-pick pins for added security. Then we’ve added a cylinder protector as standard. The guard helps to stop forced entry even if the handle is removed.

The global composite door has fully suited hardware so whether you choose gold, chrome or black hardware to finish your door, you can be sure of a prefect match. Everything from knockers and numbers to handles and hinges are designed as a complete suite.

Gold finishes often tarnish, but with the Hardex gold finish the gold has been toughened to withstand even the harshest elements.
